First Agent Wins is a plugin that was built exclusively to work with Follow Up Boss. What it does is allow you to add a ‘shark tank’ style lead distribution functionality to your Follow Up Boss account in order to distribute leads to all agents and have it ‘claimed’ by first agent available to call that lead.

Everything works within Follow Up Boss so the distribution is tracked and properly logged.
