Do the calls come from my phone number?
We provide a unique phone number in your local area code for each user that you enable calling for. They can make unlimited calls and send unlimited text messages from that number.
What happens when someone calls that number?
If the agent is logged in via the website, the call with ring right inside the browser. If they’re not logged in, you have the option in your settings to send that call to a custom voicemail or to forward the call to the agent’s phone.
How much does this cost?
Calling feature is $79/user/month and is designed to only be provided to your ISAs or top producers you want to help be even more productive
Does this service do automated voicemails?
No – automated voicemails are something more intended for multi-line dialer systems intended for making several hundred calls per day to list of cold prospects like FSBO’s and expired listings.
