If you’re a Follow Up Boss customer, you know that when you make requests – we listen! We are excited to introduce our first round of customizable fields.
Use our pre-designated labels, or create your own, like favorite food. So now, when you send them a restaurant gift card on their wedding anniversary, or know the name of that friendly dog barking in the background, you’ll become their favorite agent ever.
Have you been keeping count? We’re up to about 150 different lead source providers that filter instantly into Follow Up Boss!

Customer support is our main priority! In addition to our traditional support channels, we’ve introduced office hours – casual sessions where you can drop in to chat with a team member and receive custom feature tutorials.
