HOW IT WORKS

The Luxury Presence dashboard features a direct integrations section where users are able to connect their FollowUp Boss account via API code. This integration features a helper tool to give users instructions on how to find this API key.

Within the site settings, users are also able to set up tags for desired event types within the leads dashboard. “LP event types” correlates to which type of inquiries the user wants to route into their Follow Up Boss account. Users can route these into the selection of Follow Up Boss event types listed. They can then name the event for further distinguishment within Follow Up Boss.
